My journey into this work is deeply personal. After giving birth, I experienced a prolapse — something that completely changed how I saw my body and my recovery. I quickly realized how little information, guidance, and open conversation there is around postpartum healing, especially when it comes to topics that still feel taboo, like the pelvic floor.....
